`As Program Director for Fashion Design and Fashion Marketing, I led the strategic repositioning of Raffles Shanghai to align with the high-end international fashion and luxury market.
This transformation involved the restructuring of academic programs, integrating French haute couture methodologies with Asian textile craftsmanship, and embedding sustainability as a core component of the curriculum.
I recruited and managed a team of over 20 faculty members, developed new teaching frameworks, and established ateliers combining traditional techniques with contemporary technologies.
I also implemented international top-up degree programs in partnership with the University of Derby and Coventry University, strengthening the institution’s global academic positioning.
Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, the programs maintained international enrollment and achieved a 50% increase in international student admissions in 2020
