Overview
A major explosion destroyed the school’s building, equipment, and operations, placing it at immediate risk of closure.
I secured a new site and rebuilt ateliers and classrooms. I restructured budgets, contracts, and operations, recruited faculty and administrative staff, and led negotiations with insurers and institutional partners.
In parallel, I reactivated institutional and industry partnerships, securing external support including a generous donation from Kering Group (Saint Laurent and Dior) to rebuild a fully equipped atelier.
I reopened the school within four months, restoring full academic activity and ensuring continuity for its international students.
